Last chance saloon for Brentford who have almost exploded in the run in. With an excellent chance of a play off place they have succumbed to the pressure a bit. Their last won just 1 of their last 6 (3 draws and 2 losses) and fell out of the top 6. They are 3 points off Ipswich in the last playoff place but the tractor boys have a tough game against a battling Wolves side also trying to grab the playoff spot. Here then is the perfect chance for 3 points and a few goals to add to the goal difference. Brentford have 71 points from 43 games. Home form for them sees 11 wins, 5 draws and 5 losses. They have same squad as last match after no new injuries. Bolton are in 17^th but are pretty much safe. 2 points will confirm their place in England Championship but for me they are secure. Millwall will have to win last 4 matches to have any chance of surviving. Boltons away form isn’t great with 4 wins, 3 draws and 14 losses. (only Blackpool have lost more and only Bpool and Rotherham have won less on the road) Recent form for them sees 1 wins, 3 draws and 2 losses.
 

Brentford made the ridiculous decision to part with the manager who took them to their highest ever league position in MID-SEASON. Surely one of the most stupid announcements ever made. Since then results have faltered and wins have been tough to find. Meaning they slipped out the top 6 after looking nailed on. Here then they have a last chance to grab three points and put them back into the hunt with 2 games to follow. Bolton are “on the beach” in midtable and are one of the worst away sides in the division.  I take the -1 line, we need 2 goals for a payout. A 1 goal win sees stakes returned.
