Stevan Jovetic had a troublesome time at the Ethiad, but this preseason and early season he has showed why he was brought in by City in the first place. Many has questioned his work rate, but I must say; against Liverpool he worked as hard as any of the Manchester City players. He got his reward with two goals and glowing reviews. He must have been hitting the weight room hard the last year. He looked like he had built a lot of muscle on his frame.
I definitely back him to score against Stoke at 2.00. He always gets himself into the box, and his new found work rate will do him really well against the more physical sides like Stoke.
