Its going to be some match up and goals look inevitable.  Its superstar attack v superstar attack but one thing worrying me is the United defence. City will be under pressure but they have quality in all positions. City have come unstuck in recent weeks though. They are in 3^rd now and 9 points behind a flying Chelsea. City have won 5 drew 2 and lost 2. At home they are showing 2 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss which isn’t like them at all.  Recent form ok with 3 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses. Out for them here will be David Silva and Frank Lampard. Yaya Toure should fit after a midweek tweak. United travel to City here in a bit of indifferent mood. They take the mantle of underdogs again in what is a strange season for them. They sit in 8^th with 13 points which is pretty much were Moyes had them at this stage last year. Away form is dismal, yet to win with 3 draws and a loss. Last 6 in the league sees 2 wins, 3 draws and 1 loss. Rooney is back after suspension but a few missing out here. Defence loses Evans, Jones and McNair while Falcao is the big miss uptop.

Odds are big on City here and Man Utd are still given too much respect by the bookmakers. Van Gaal to me seems to be confusing the simple lot at Old Trafford. I take City here even without key cog Silva, they have enough quality to fill in.
