Old Trafford is fast becoming a place of dullness as LVG turns the Red Devils into Arsenal in the 1990’s. Clean sheets are more important than entertainment for the Dutchman. United are in 4th after 6 wins, 3 draws and 2 defeats. They have only managed 15 goals though in 11 games and just 7 at Old Trafford. Recent form reads 3 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss. They are without Matteo Darmian (suspended) and Antonio Valencia,Luke Shaw plus Paddy McNair. West Brom will come here with the aim of a draw I feel. Tony Pulis is ever the realist and I cant see him opening up at all. West Brom are in 12th with 14 points. Form is ok with 3 wins and 3 losses. They have no new injury problems either.
Man Utd will be desperate to put on a show and score a few in the bargain but sometimes that works against you and if they don’t score early the pressure builds. West Brom are always tough to break down and I cant see many goals here.
