Two of the better sides in the “2nd tier” of the Prem. Swansea have felt few effects of selling Wilfreid Bony to Man City. They are in 8th with 46 points from 31 games. Home form is good with 8 wins, 4 draws and 4 losses. Recent form shows 4 wins and 2 losses. They welcome back Angel Rangel after a long lay off. While Jeffersen Montero should take a place on the bench after injury. Everton too have returned to form, the loss of Lukaku looks a bad one but for me the Belgian could do with a rest. At times Everton seem over reliant on him and alter their play somewhat. They have shown some good form of late with 4 wins from last 5. No coincidence that the run comes when key man Leighton Baines returns. Away form for Everton sees 4 wins, 3 draws and 9 losses. EFC are 9 points behind the hosts. They are without Darron Gibson, Bryan Oviedo and Tony Hibbert. Aiden McGeady has a chance at playing though.
Although Swansea are solid at home I prefer the blues with a small start. Everton have shown some flashes of their old self and with Baines back and firing and Coleman performing on the right it’s a good sign.
