SEVILLA v BENFICA: TOTAL GOALS BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

Sevilla take on Benfica at Juventus Stadium in Turin. Sevilla go into this one in a little bit of patchy form. They have been brilliant all season and a joy to watch. In both La Liga and Europa League they have played well. With 1 game left in La Liga they are in 5^th position and are guareenteed a place in next years competition no matter what. In Europa League they have played 18 games so far and have won 11 drawn 4 and lost 3.  In knockout stages so far they have beaten Betis, Porto and Valencia. Recent form is poor for Sevilla with no wins in last four matches. Jairo Sampero is out suspended while key striker Kevin Gamiero may miss out injured. Benfica have had few successes in recent years in European Competition. Having lost their last 8 major European finals! Including last years Europa League final against Chelsea. They go into this final playing some great football. In Portuguese Primeira they won the league in style, with a 7 point gap over Sporting. In European competition they exited from Champions League in a tough group that included PSG and Olympiakos. In Europa League they are unbeaten in 8 matches – having won 6 and drew 2. They have eliminated some class teams in Tottenham, Juventus and AZ. They will miss some key players however with  Lazar Markovic, Enzo Perez and Eduardo Salvi all suspended.

I am torn between both score no and under 2.5 goals – I think this will be a really close game and think neither team will chance much.  Last 14 games have seen just 29 goals for a low average of 2.07 goals per game. Under 2.5 has paid out on 10 of the 14 occasions and both score no on 9 of the 14 occasions.  I take the under 2.5 as it includes the very possible 1-1 draw.
