With games against Sevilla and a visit from Barcelona coming its imperative that Elche grab maximum points from this game. Missing here for the home side are Moral, Albacar, Alvaro Giminez and Sapunaru. Levante are tucked away in midtable and seem set for a meaningless few matches. Safe from the drop and unable to make the European places its simply position that’s left for the Valencian club. Away form for them shows 5 wins, 5 draws and 7 losses. Recent form is poor though with 1 win, 2 draws and 3 losses as their season as tailed off. Out for them here will be Ivanchitz, Barral and Juanfran.

Elche are in with a chance of survival but they have a tough run in with Sevilla & Barcelona to play. Both sides still chasing Europe and a title. A win here at home to Levante is a must. At home Elche have been solid and as already stated have only conceded 11 at home all season, this includes games against Atletico and Real Madrid as well as the likes of Bilbao and Valencia! They have only scored 12 though so entertainment has been limited at Estadio Manuel Martinez Valero. Goals average at home has been a meagre 1.56 goals per game. I take this to continue here on Friday.
