Norwich v Stoke at Carrow Road and some interesting prices quoted for this one. Norwich only sneaked through the playoffs to make the Premiership. They have recruited on the quiet and have no “big time Charlies” in their side. They lost 3-1 on opening day at home to Palace in what was a strange game. Both sides had periods of possession and Norwich were disallowed a “clean” goal and had a few decisions go against them. Second match they proved too much for an abject Sunderland at Stadium of shite (light) – The thing is almost all teams this year will be too much for Sunderland so we shouldn’t get carried away with that result. Stoke have again delivered on the transfer front with tree trunk legged Swiss genius Shaqiri.  Bojan played this week to mark his comeback and should be at least worth a place on the bench here. Marc Wilson and Jonathan Walters are both fit but Odemwignie and Shawcross are out.

I think the odds on the home side are too short here and they may be over evaluated after the 3-1 at Sunderland. Stoke were crap its true for 1^st half against Spurs but they came to life with great effect 2^nd half. Again they were not at their best at home to Liverpool in game 1 either but Norwich are not near the level of either of those two. We get paid on a win, while a draw gets half a win and half stake refund.
