QPR have not had the greatest of starts on their return to the Premiership. Redknapp seems to never learn and has assembled a few of the old guard yet again. They sit bottom of the pile with 1 win, 1 draw and 6 losses. At home they show 1 win, 1 draw and 2 defeats. However for all the poor statistics its been the away form that’s letting them down with 4 straight defeats. Last match they really deserved more than to lose to Liverpool, in a ridiculous game with 4 goals after 86^th minute. QPR have the talent, there is no doubt over that. Redknapp may have hit on a masterstroke with Taraabt – publically humiliate him in the press then name him as likely to play tonight. Will he put in a shift? I think he will. QPR will welcome back Barton, Mutch and Onuaha. Villa are in worse recent form than the hosts. They have lost the last 4 games without scoring a single goal and conceding 11! Although welcoming back star man Benteke he has hardly got a touch of the ball in his 2 matches so far as he looks way of the pace. Villa lose more key men too with midfield lynchpin Delph out. Defender Senderos is a huge doubt also.

QPR may be bottom but they at least go into this one on a par with Villa. The Midlands men have had a tough run of fixtures but have limped through each one. I expect a few goals here too but side with QPR on the Asians at -0.25 – we get full pay out on any QPR win, if game is draw we get half stake returned.
