NURNBERG V BAYER LEVERKUSEN BETTING TIPS

Nurnberg are safe from relegation and seem to have taken their foot off the gas a little too soon.  Leverkusen can confirm 3^rd place with a win here and book their place in the Champions League next season.

Nurnberg have really let their performances slip in recent weeks losing 3 games in a row.  They could have been pushing for a top half finish at least and are only 7 points off a Europa League spot even after their poor run.  They’ll have to settle for a bottom half finish unless they improve dramatically over the last 3 matches.

Leverkusen have pulled clear of the chasing pack for 3^rd place in the Bundesliga behind the big two.  They have a 7 point lead over Schalke so a win here would confirm it and the direct entry spot in the Champions League next year which is all important.  With 3 wins and 2 draws in their last 5 games they have stepped up when it mattered and fully deserve their place this year.

Nurnberg have Per Nilsson suspended here and will be missing Timm Klose and Timo Gebhart amongst others from injury.  Leverkusen are just about at full strength with just a few squad players out with injury.

I expect Leverkusen to not rest until 3^rd place is fully confirmed so we will see a full strength team from them and a top performance.  Nurnberg have been well off form lately and it’ll be tough for them to regain their confidence with just 3 matches left.
