A 0-0 draw in Liege doesn’t tell the full story of a feisty 1st encounter. Liege bossed most of the 1st half and the 2nd was more equal as the game fizzled out. Panathinaikos are not the side they used to be over the years and are way behind Olympiakos. They are at odds here in this one as they cant attack freely. They know they can ill afford an away goal so have to adjust their game. Any Liege goal in this game means Panathinaikos have to score double so all the favours are in the visitors for me. Both sides are given a clean bill of health injury wise too.
Head to head the Belgians are a better side, they have more in all areas and hold a big advantage here with a tight 0-0 draw. This game will be cagey until someone scores, I prefer to be with the Belgians at odds against.
