Torino (9-9-9) do not find themselves in an emergency situation despite three defeats in a row, and four in their last five. It has though put a spanner into previous talk of qualifying for Europe next season, and the aim must be to finish the season as strong as possible. Napoli (16-7-4) have put daylight to the fourth placed side, and closed in on second placed Roma by beating them last weekend. Unbeaten in five in the league, they did lose to Porto in Europa last midweek, and have an important second leg tie on Thursday against them, which could maybe prove a distraction for this. Vives(mid) is an important suspension for Torino, with Massiello and Pasquale(def) injured. Maggio, Zuniga and Mesto(mid) are all doubts for Napoli.
