Both Rapid Wien and Salzburg has found goal scoring form. Salzburg struggled slightly after selling Kampl and Alan in last transferwindow. However, it looks like Soriano and Sabitzer has stepped up now. Between them they have scored seven goals in the last three Austrian Bundesliga matches. Beric on the other hand has been in fine form with three goals in the last two for Rapid.
Here Salzburg will have to do without centre backs Ramalho and Hinteregger. In other words, they are greatly weakened at the back. Rapid Wien will of course respect the attacking strength of Salzburg, but Salzburg has less quality on the pitch now than when they met in December. Rapid won back then. They should dare to attack. If this game opens up we can have a four goals + thriller on our hand.
The last six matches between these two sides has gone over 2.5, and two out of six has gone seven plus. I will be all over this game live, but pre game I will go with 1.77 from SBO on over 2.5. It is obvious value in the current setting. Therefore also a big bet; 3u from me.
