CLUB BRUGGE – ANDERLECHT: PREDICTIONS

Club Brugge go into their biggest game of the year with a new coach. Outgoing man Juan Carlos Garrido was fired due to poor results. If you look at the table you would see Brugge second with 5 wins and 2 draws! A loss in Europa League to Slask Wroclaw was poor though and did not help Garrido’s cause. However Michel Prudhomme, the legendary Belgian keeper and probably the best coach in the country just happened to lose his job at Al Shabab in the week. So he takes the reigns and should be able to improve Brugge for sure.

Anderlecht too have been a bit hit and miss and sit 2 points behind Brugge after 5 wins and 2 defeats. Goals have been plentiful for the Belgian giants with 26 scored and 10 conceded already for a mega average of 5.14 goals per game! Anderlecht lost to last years runners up Zulte Waregem and on opening day in a huge shock Lokeren. But with goals flying in from all angles with Sacha Klestjan, Massimo Bruno and Matias Suarez with 15 goals already they have a very impressive attack indeed.

CLUB BRUGGE – ANDERLECHT: BETTING TIPS

This game looks very likely to be a goal fest, an entertaining end to end blockbuster.  A huge move for Anderlecht but for me you should not underestimate the effect of the arrival of Prudhomme. The best coach in the country for sure. In a game of such magnitude its hard to pick a side with any conviction so I prefer to go for goals. Anderlecht are just plain goal crazy, scoring 26 in just 7 games; while conceding at least a goal a game too. I take over 2.5 at 1.67 with Ladbrokes.
