GENT V OOSTENDE : PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS
Gent have started the season in good form and have thirteen points from seven games. At home they have a perfect record so far with three wins, though they did suffer a 3-0 away loss last week at Kortrijk which provided a reality check to the team. They will look to restore confidence with the visit of their winless visitors here. Last season Gent finished twelfth with a modest (546) home record, they look sure to better that this season. The sides have met four times with two Gent wins and two draws.
Oostende were promoted and have found the transition tough going so far with no wins in seven matches played. They have lost all three away matches without scoring a goal yet. Two home draws are their only points gained and last week they went down 4-2 to Standard Liege being outplayed in the main. It looks likely to be a short stay in the top league judged on what we have seen so far.
