Esbjerg has already started their season as they’ve been involved in European Football. They drew a decent Kairat Almaty 1-1 in Almaty on the 17^th. Esbjerg plays the second leg of that fixture only three days after the Randers game.

Last year Esbjerg finished 5^th in the league, but only won 6/17 games at home; or 35.29% if you prefer! I think they do look a bit stronger this year and expect them to better that. The last played match on the 17^th of April 2014 was a game Esbjerg should have won in my opinion. They led twice and were the best side overall on a rainy night that definitely affected play. Randers did show character though! I will give them that.
