Liverpool v Chelsea in Semi Final 1^st leg of Capital One Cup.  Liverpool have shown great improvement of late. Still nowhere near last years vintage but good allround play. They are upto 8^th with 32 points after a run of 8 games unbeaten (6 wins and 2 draws) they are 5 wins and 5 losses on the road and only Man City have managed more wins.  Glen Johnson is available plus Lallana who made the bench last game. Balotelli is 50/50 after a chest infection. Players unavailable include Toure and Allan. Chelsea come into this on the back of a 5-0 away win at Swansea – usually a difficult place to go. They are the best team in England currently and Mourinho has the purring at the moment. Just two losses in 15 games (11 wins and 2 draws) they have an almost full squad too with Azpilicueta the only doubt. Normally Chelsea have reverted to back up players in this competition with the likes of Remy, Zouma and Cech playing but Mourinho may strengthen here.

All the current form is with Liverpool here but Chelsea are a different matter than Leicester or Aston Villa. Liverpool are looked solid and a bit more dangerous attack wise. They will fall short here though. I take Chelsea -0.25  -we get paid on the win, if it’s a draw we get half stake refund.
