Newcastle will have some players out: Yohan Cabaye, Jonas Gutierrez, Steven Tayler and Shola Ameobi will sit out. Perhaps Alan Pardew will tinker further as he has had a lot of injury worries to deal with. However, Newcastle has a very strong squad, and will field an eleven ready to do business.
Leeds has 30-70 doubts over Lee Peltier. Sam Byram is a doubt too, but he is likely to play here. Other than that it is expected the former world beating club shows up with their best eleven. They’ll need to improve as a team though after losing three of their last four Championship games.

Newcastle isn’t a stable top side you can trust, but 1.73 (8/11) for the home win with Bet365 is just too generous. Sure, some players will be rested, and a few players aren’t ready yet. However, Chiek Tiote is finding his way back to form and so are several other players. Leeds has been in poor form in the Championship as of late, and although they are a decent side; I do not see them getting anything out of this tie if Newcastle doesn’t underestimate them.
