Quite a similar game to the weekend for Rochdale, replacing Peterborough with Preston. Rochdale are ranked bottom side in League 1 and should do well to avoid relegation with 4 teams going down. Preston opened up with a 1-1 draw at home to Notts County, a result that surprised most as they looked a banker.
Rochdale will surely drop out of the division as they don’t have the quality in the squad to match most of the league. Preston will be around the playoff positions for sure and this is a tie they should be able to navigate with few problems. A big squad for Preston too so rotation no problem.
