Sunderland has sacked Di Canio, reportedly after a bust-up on the training ground. The team has not lived up to expectations and Di Canio never was going to be the calm, cool and collected manager at the helm. Kevin Ball (Development Coach) is now taking over as caretaker boss. Sunderland really needs to get their act together, and I do not see Ball resting too many players. He needs to pick the best eleven and reverse the trend of free fall as soon as possible.
Peterborough is doing well in League One. Here they will miss defenders Nat Knight-Percival and Mark Little, other than that I expect them to field a strong side.
