West Bromwich v Arsenal predictions & betting tips

West Bromwich has Steven Reid, Shane Long and Chris Brunt available for selection here. Matej Vydra is not fit yet. Neither Zoltan Gera nor George Thorne is available for selection either. It looks like West Brom will field a strong side for this Capital One Cup game. They are also certainly heading into it on a high as they beat Sunderland 3-0 this weekend.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will rotate his squad. Not a big surprise! Arsenal has had- and continues to have a very tough fixture list as they’re also involved in Champions League football. Abou Diaby, Santiago Cazorla, Lukas Podolski, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Theo Walcott, Yaya Sanogo and Tomas Rosicky are all out injured. Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshire are set to be rested. Mikel Arteta and Thomas Vermaelen are now fit though, so it is quite likely they get some minutes here. Miyaichi, Frimpong, and Bendtner could all start here.

I think WBA has done remarkably well with the squad they’ve got so far. Now they have some players back, and some positive momentum too. Arsenal is top of the league, but still has a lot of injuries, and must rotate heavily here. I think West Brom can get something out of this game. No matter how much Arsene Wenger rotates, he will still have a great eleven on the pitch.
