Blackburn got their 1^st win under new coach Henning Berg away at Peterbrough, with Scottish international striker Jordan Rhodes finally started repaying his massive transfer fee. He netted a hattrick in a fully deserved 4-1 victory at London Road. It has to be said that Peterbrough were poor but Blackburn got the job done. Berg must try to get Rovers firing at home, with only 8 goals in 9 games the Lancashire men need to start bagging goals and victories at Ewood Park. Man Utd striker Joshua King has made the short loan move to Ewood that will become permanent in January.

Millwall continued their fantastic run of unbeaten games and took in to 10 with a tight 1-0 win over Leeds at The New Den. Millwall were given a hard fight by Leeds and it took the controversial sending off against Luke Varney to swing the game in Millwall’s favour. They used the man advantage and really squeezed Leeds until they eventually broke through and netted a winner in the dying minutes. Millwall have really turned the corner after a really poor opening to the season. Kenny Jackett has done it again and his team look a great side now. Millwall have a difficult run of games coming up now but they go into them full of confidence.

The Draw 3.50 (Bet365) is the selection. This is a really tough game to call against two decent sides. Blackburn have undoubted quality but cannot string results together. New coach Henning Berg took 4 matches to get his first win, but they still sit in a good position despite this. Millwall had a terrible start to the season but have really transformed themselves into a decent Championship side. I feel this game will be a really tight match and the draw looks overpriced at 3.50.

Millwall +0.5 is the pick here (1.85 188bet) Really tough game but I’m siding with Millwall here. Blackburn are rightly favourites at home but they do seem more suited to being on the road. With only 9 goals scored at home they seem a bid edgy there which is understandlable as they get tremendous stick from their own crowd. Counter productive it is for sure and will only aid Millwall. The Lions brilliant run of form sees them unbeaten in 10 and I fancy this to carry on after this match. Millwall and the draw at 1.85 seems a good price.
