BLACKBURN – NOTTINGHAM FOREST: PREDICTIONS        

Massive game in Championship as Blackburn host Nottingham Forest.

Blackburn seem to have just picked up where they left off last season. Although boasting an impressive squad and a very strong 1^st eleven the team as a whole just seems to amble though games. Two matches 1 draw and 1 defeat, two poor performances and 1 cup exit already. At the weekend they were never in the game against an average Derby side, only really getting going in the dying minutes. A 1-1 draw was slight fortunate, but in midweek a strong Blackburn side travelled to lower league Carlise and went through the motions. An epic 3-3 draw ended with a penalties defeat for an inept Blackburn who defended as if they were facing Bayern Munich.

Nottingham Forest under Billy Davies have been a revelation, they ended the season well and were unlucky to just miss out on the playoffs. This season they have opened up well with two home victories from two.  Huddersfield and lower league Hartlepool were both professionally dispatched but in truth both are poor sides.
