BLACKPOOL - SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY PREDICTIONS 

Blackpool take on Sheffield Wednesday in a game between two sides who flirted with the relegation zone. Both have improved their fortunes over the last few weeks but both sides must not take their places in England Championship for granted.

Blackpool have really turned it around over the past few weeks and Paul Ince must take all the credit. I had my reservations about him but he has proved me wrong and Blackpool look a much improved outfit. Just one defeat in nine games has seen Blackpool move up to 12th in England Championship. With a record of 13 wins, 15 draws and 14 defeats they are just 5 points from the bottom three but know just two victories should be good enough. Isaiah Osbourne sits out suspended but Blackpool have Gary Taylor Fletcher finally fit after a long layoff, there are no new injury worries for The Tangerines.

Sheffield Wednesday suffered their first loss in five games as they went down to local rivals Leeds. Not many teams take anything from Elland Road though and Wednesday have shown real improvement over the last few months. They have climbed out of the drop zone and sit in 16th with 15 wins, 8 draws and 19 losses, to leave them just four points above the drop zone. Giles Coke is Wednesday's only missing man as they seek to secure their safety.

Blackpool take on Wednesday in a real close match between two hugely improved sides. I feel the draw is a great value bet here and will be mutually beneficial for both sides.
