Dave Jones worked hard on the side and targetted the backline. Its paid off as Wednesday look a much tougher outfit. Solid wins over Barnsley and Charlton were hardworking, disciplined affairs. With little given away in either game the team have looked a little short of quality but have out muscled both sides.
