BOURNEMOUTH - WIGAN: PREDICTIONS

Another road game for Wigan who are yet to play at the DW Stadium, its Bournemouth v Wigan at Boothferry Park.

Bournemouth were brought crashing down to earth after their opening day win against Charlton. In the last match they discovered how tough Championship football can be with a 6-1 loss at Watford. Even with a man advantage for the entire 2^nd half Bournemouth could do little to stem the attacks and conceded 4 times. The side did well in game one to beat Charlton but they will have to up their game considerably.

Wigan have only played once so far in the league. A 4-0 demolition of Barsnley in Yorkshire all they have so far. Last week’s fixture with Doncaster was cancelled as Wigan took part in Community Shield match with Man Utd as holders of Fa Cup. Wigan never really turned up in the Community Shield and Man Utd strolled around but the game was a nothing match in truth. Wigan are looking good in this league for me and I feel they are automatic promotion material already. Wigan added James McClean from Sunderland to the squad and he will strengthen them no end.

BOURNEMOUTH - WIGAN: BETTING TIPS

Bournemouth are still reeling from the Watford hammering and now they come up against a side probably better this weekend. Wigan look very good and with one of the best squads in the league they could really wade through games like this. I feel early odds on Wigan will be value as bookmakers are still underestimating their quality. Wigan to win at 2.10 with Coral is too big.
