BRIGHTON - HUDDERSFIELD PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Brighton kept up the unbeaten run with an easy 1-0 win at home to Burnley. Brighton are looking very solid again, winning to nil like early on in the season. Recent impressive wins of Cardiff and Hull have underlined their promotion credentials. Brighton have moved into the playoff zone after their great run, overall they have 13 wins, 13 draws and 7 losses. Brighton are only 1 point ahead of Middlesbrough, and they will be keen to put some distance between themselves.  David Lopez is in good form, having scored the winner last time out against Burnley, with the Spaniard having contributed five goals in his last 10 games.

Huddersfield grabbed a win at the perfect time, after going 6 games without one. Burnley were dispatched in a nervy game but The Terriers will be glad of the points and the clean sheet.  With 10 wins, 11 draws and 13 losses they are still in trouble but do now have a little breathing space. Six points seperate them from the bottom spot and they will be keen to build on the midweek win.  Oscar Gobern has been an influence of the side, with his return coinciding with their improved play.

Brighton are playing with great style at the moment and look very balanced. A solid backline again and the best keeper in the league. With some international quality spread throughout the side they are looking good for the playoffs at least. Huddersfield are lacking at the moment and although they picked up a good result in midweek they are playing a far greater side than a listless Burnley. The price is about right here as no bookmaker quotes above 1.67, but for a banker home win its a safe play.
