TEAM NEWS AND RUN OF PLAY

Cardiff are on a run of 5 wins in 8 but they have lost the last two matches in two terrible defensive performances. Cardiff have won 7 from 7 at home but look a different side outside of Wales. They are also conceding heavily away with 13 goals of the 17 in total let in on their travels. Cardiff will host Hull the same squad as last time out, Jordan Mutch, Craig Bellamy and Tommy Smith are all doubtful and will all face fitness tests.

Hull have gotten back on track with 5 wins from the last 6 matches. With a series of solid performances to boot. After a little blip last month with a few poor performances Hull have shot back up the table. Hull are a very well balanced, organised side who play decent football. Packed with quality all over the park they are a good thing to go far. Liam Rosenior, Ahmed Elmohamady and Alex Bruce are all fit now and strengthen the squad.

Cardiff 2.10 (Stanjames) is the selection. Despite Cardiff's woes away from home they have to be backed in their own backyard. A different class when hosting games with 7 wins from 7. They face a really difficlult task though as Hull are a big physical side, well drilled by coach Steve Bruce. For me though its impossible to oppose this Cardiff side at home. This will be a really close game for sure and I cannot see Cardiff falling here.

CARDIFF - HULL:ASIAN HANDICAP PREDICTION

Cardiff is the pick here at 0 at 1.52 (Pinnacle)  This is a really hard game to call and even more so for the handicaps. I like the strength of Hull and they are a realy difficult side to play against. They are back on song again and will be a match for most teams. However at Cardiff they play a home side who can take any side in the division and beat them at their own patch. I have played conservative here in such a big game and go Cardiff draw no bet.

CARDIFF - HULL:TOTAL GOALS PREDICTION

This is a tight game but goals are almost guarenteed here. Cardiff and Hull are both really strong sides and will go at each other, I cannot see either team holding a clean sheet here. With both teams likely to score the overs is open for the bet. Both sides have been conceding of late so we are looking good for an overs here.
