Charlton are mired in midtable after a poor run but had a fantastic win in midweek with a 2-1 away win at highflying Leicester. The Addicks have had a tough run of games mind and they are preforming better than expected at the start of the season. Struggling a little defensively with their last clean sheet way back at the start of December! They sit in 13th position with 11 wins, 10 draws and 12 losses, they are smack in the middle of the table with 8 points seperating them from the last playoff place and the last relegation place!  They hope to have Jonathon Obika signed in time from Spurs to include him in the squad.

Nottingham Forest have acted quickly in booting Alex McLeish and it may be the best decision they made all year. Billy Davies knows Forest inside out and they looked good when smashing Huddersfield 6-1. Their best win of the season, they are only 6 points behind Boro is the last playoff place so it is within their reach. They have 11 wins, 12 draws and 10 losses but are coming off the back off a bad sequence. Davies will know what needs to be done and judging by his slight tinkering with the squad its looking better for sure.
