CRYSTAL PALACE - PETERBOROUGH PREDICTIONS

Two sides with everything to play for at Selhurst Park. Crystal Palace host Peterborough with both sides holding the keys to their own futures.

Peterborough are in fantastic form with just one defeat in twelve matches (5 wins, 6 draws) They know a victory will secure Championship football next season, but with Huddersfield facing relegation rivls Barnsley and a win for the Terriers would be the ideal scenario, which could lead to Posh staying up regardless of the result against  Palace; Peterborough are in 21st with 15 wins, 9 draws and 21 defeats. Peterborough have Mark Little available and a clean bill of health for the rest of the squad

Really difficult game to break down this one as its major effects will be from other games. Palace can be pipped for the playoffs but only by a Bolton win and a Notts Forest win. A draw should be good enough for them but a defeat could still see them make the playoffs with a combination of results elsewhere. The main obective for Peterborough is a win but they too can survive with a draw or indeed a defeat depending on Barnsley. They must not start conceding heavily or that draws Wolves back into the equation and then Peterborough could struggle. I can see  draw being played out here as both sides will go at the game cagily.
