TEAM NEWS AND RUN OF PLAY

Derby got their 1st away win since early October with a nice 2-0 away to lowly Bristol City. The Rams got two quick fire goals just before half time and then defended well to take the three points. Derby were in debt to keeper Adam Legzdins who made a string of fine saves throughout the match. At home Derby are capable of beating the top teams as they look a different side in front of their home fans. They are likely to start with the 4-5-1 that got them the points at Bristol with Conor Sammon the lone striker.
Hull continued their fine run of form with a seventh win in ten games. Steve Bruce's side put great shift in against Huddersfield and totally dominated their Yorkshire rivals. Bruce has wasted little time stamping his mark on the Tigers this season and an attack-minded approach has won no shortage of admirers. Hull have strengthened with the return from long term injury of key central defender Jack Hobbs, Loan signing David Meyler has made a big impression since his arrival and looks good to start. Hull are looking a solid side again after their blip last month. They lose Alex Bruce through suspension after his red card in the last match. Paul McShane is likely to return to the starting line up but Hull have lost influential keeper David Stockdale, the loanee returning to Fulham.

2.75 Hull (Coral)is the selection in this game. Quite a difficult game to call this one, Derby are very good at home but apart from the last weeks win over Bristol have been in poor form. Hull City are looking good for at least the play offs. They are a really organised side, physical but also capable of knocking the ball around. Offensive threats all over the park and a decent defence. They should have too much for Derby here.

Hull is the selection here at 0 2.05 (Bet365) Very difficult game this but I don't see Hull losing it. They are a great side, one that look destined for at least the playoffs. Derby are a decent outfit but starting at home with a negative 4-5-1 puts you on the backfoot straight away. I think Hull have this but take the draw no bet as a small insurance.
