TEAM NEWS AND RUN OF PLAY

Derby continue to impress at home but are not giving a good account of themselves away from Pride Park. Just 2 losses at home from 13 show how strong Derby are there. Nigel Clough's side seem full of confidence and play a strong game in front of their own fans. Indeed only Palace and Leicester have scored more at home than Derby this season. Derby have only lost once in the last 8 games and have beaten a few of the top teams also. Forward Jamie Ward is likely to be back for the Midlands derby.

Nottingham Forest picked up their 1st win in 5 matches after a close run 2-1 match with lowly Peterborough. Inconsistency has dogged them all season and it looks likely to carry on for new coach McLeish. The new coach has seen enough of backup striker Robbie Findlay. Kuwaiti international Khalid Al-Rashidi has recieved clearance and is available, but his signing looks more a tactical, regional signing to try and enhance their profile in their owners country. Forest are struggling defensively, conceding heavily over the past few weeks. Scoring has improved though so it looks like the fans are in for entertainment at least, something McLeish won't be happy with, as dour insipid football is usually associated with his teams.
