TEAM NEWS AND RUN OF PLAY

Bolton continue with their up and down form. Three defeats from seven games tells its own story but the last game saw improvement with a 2-1 away win at Sheff Wed. Bolton still have not hit the heights that a squad of this calibre should be but the omens are looking good. They need to start stringing wins together now though. Marcos Alonso looks to be injured but will be given as late as possible to recover. Loan signing Jay Spearing will keep his place after returning to action and completing 90 minutes in the Sheff Wed game. David Wheater, Stuart Holden and Josh Vela all remain out for a while.
Crystal Palace continue their revival with a brilliant 3-2 win over big spending Cardiff. They gave indication of the talent in the club with glimpes of exciting attacking football. They were struggling to get any rewards as they lost the 1st few games. The Sheff Wed game was the key moment when the started to beleive in themselves and dominated the game. Wins against Charlton away, Cardiff at home and a battling draw with strongly fancies Nottm Forest show their credentials. They only have a small squad however and any missing players will impact them greatly.Paddy McCarthy remains on the sidelines, and Danny Gabbidon is still a few weeks away from full match-fitness. Peter Ramage is a doubt and will be a huge miss. New loan striker David Goodwillie kicks his heels on the sidelines as first choice striker Glen Murray netted a hattrick last time out.

The away team are the team in form also and have shown the fighting skills in recent games. Looking a solid outfit with no little attacking qualities The Eagles should be a lot shorter than 6.28. Bolton are a poor favourite as they have shown they are a hot and cold team. To me the players lack the fight for this division, Palace can exploit this and take the three points back to London.
