Ipswich face up to Huddersfield in a game they need to win to get back on track. After suffering a 6-0 hammering away to Blackpool the Suffolk side will want to put things right. Jordan Rhodes has left for Blackburn for a fee of upto £8 Million, a massive loss for Huddersfield. They are desperately trying to get a forward in. Huddersfield have started to play well and will go to Ipswich with confidence, but without their talisman they may hit trouble.

Ipswich had a decent start under Paul Jewell until this week. Knocked out of the Leage Cup by lower league Carlisle in an energy sapping game which went to extra time. Before that hammered 6-0 away to Blackpool. Similar defensive frailties hindered them last season when they had one of the leagues worst goals conceded record in the league. Confidence will be low and Jewell needs to pick the players up. They went with a 4-4-2 against Blackpool and were undone by the passing and wide play of the Tangerines. Huddersfield stuck with the 4-4-2 formation for the match against Burnley. They played a very good game and totally controlled the match. They looked much better than Burnley, this was the case at  Cardiff in game 1. Unluckily losing to a last minute goal from a set piece. Huddersfield played an entertaining, open game with Nottingham Forest and played out a 1-1 draw. The Terriers were second best for most part of the Forest game but did create chances. .

Betting Prediction - Ipswich will be low on confidence after two poor displays in the week and two damaging losses. Huddersfield look well suited to life in the Championship and have settled quickly. This game could go either way and is one to leave alone for betting purposes.
