HUDDERSFIELD - MIDDLESBROUGH PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Huddersfield received another tonking at the weekend to plunge them back into the relegation dogfight. With just 2 wins in 11 games they are in trouble. A big problem for The Tykes is whenever they go behind they always seem to just fall apart. There three recent losses were by three goals (twice) and five goals. Conceding a whopping 14 goals in those games. They sit in 19^th position with 10 wins, 11 draws and 14 losses, just 4 points off the drop zone. Their tendancy to leak goals has left them with by far the worst goal difference in the division. (-25 goals)

Middlesbrough beat the top dogs Cardiff with a fantastic performance. Winning 2-1 at home was just the fillip they needed after such a poor run. Boro managed their 1^st win in 5 matches, a run which has seen them drop out of the playoff places. They are only a point behind Brighton at this stage but will need to start racking up the wins again as the competition at the top is fierce. They have 17 wins, 3 draws and 15 losses.

Middlesbrough have to be taken here as they are a far better side than Huddersfield. Both teams are in patchy form its true but Boro have massive quality throughout the side. The Tykes lack matchwinners and have very little confidence at the moment, conceding heavily and are in a rut. Middlesbrough should be clear favourites here but surprisingly the bookmakers cannot split the sides. Away win for me and one with a few goals too.
