HULL - CHARLTON:  PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Hull returned to winning ways at the weekend with a last minute winner that was sorely needed. A 2-1 win over Derby was enough to propel them to clear second, 3 points above Leicester.Its very tight at the top with six teams seperated by only 6 points. Hull have 17 wins, 5 draws and 9 losses. Centre backs Abdi Faye and Alex Bruce should be fit after sitting last week out.  Egyptian Ahmed Fathi may finally make his debut and will be a quality player should he adapy. Countryman Gedo scored his first goal at the weekend and may start here. Sone Aluko misses out again and will be missed.

Charlton continue their up and down season, drawing with Birmingham at home at the weekend. They looked good for all three points thanks to a 88th minute goal from Yann Kermorgant, only to concede injury time and throw away 2 points. Charlton look set for midtable but I think coach Powell would have settled for that at the start of the season. With 10 wins, 10 draws and 11 losses they should be ok, but they cannot be too complacent as they only sit 6 points above Barnsley in 3rd bottom.

Hull look good for this game as they play a Charlton side who are not the best of travellers. It looks likely to be an easy home win for The Tigers who have been boosted by the new signings. Mohammady scored on his return from Sunderland, fellow Egyptian Gedo scored within a minute of taking the field.  Its Ahmed Fathi though who promises the most and I expect him to start here and he is a quality player.
