HULL - MIDDLESBROUGH PREDICTIONS

Hull play host to Middlesbrough in a top  of the table clash which could have a huge say of who stays in the England Championship.

Hull cannot string two wins together, winning three and losing three in equal measure in the last six games. They are still in 2nd position in the England Championship though with 22 wins, 5 draws and 13 lossses. They are 7 behind Cardiff at the top (who also have a game in hand) and more importantly just 1 point above Watford. With just six games remaining its in Hull's hands now. Hull have a mounting injury list with Paul McShane and Jack Hobbs out,  joining Sone Aluko and Joe Dudgeon.

Middlesbrough at least stopped the rot and halted the run of defeats. Five games without a win though and only three goals scored in a sequence of games against teams in the bottom six is a sorry run of form. Middlesborough have been in free fall since the new year and have dropped right out of playoff contention. They are now 9th in England Championship with 17 wins, 4 draws and 19 defeats. Only the bottom two sides have lost more than Boro.
