TEAM NEWS AND RUN OF PLAY
Leeds gave two poor away showings in recent matches and gave away six points. With the takeover done and dusted and the transfer window about to open the players could not have picked a worse time to underperform. Back at Elland Road however they usually put up a good fight and I expect Warnock to have them back in the game. Defender Aidy White is suspended but star striker Luciano Becchio is very likely to return. David Somma is also match fit after playing his first game in 19 months on Boxing Day. Ross McCormack is fighting fit and key duo El Hadji-Diouf and Jerome Thomas were given a rest so its an almost full squad for Leeds.
Bolton picked up another win at the expense of a decimated Birmingham. The three points were on a plate though as Brum gave a dire performance shorn of their entire front six. Its three wins from seven now for Bolton but they are drawing and losing in equal measure. A real difficult side to pin down. There is no doubting the quality of the squad but after half a season to find the Championship pre season favourites in 14th is a poor showing. David Ngog, Banik Afobe and Keith Andrews all suffered knocks and must face fitness tests.
