TEAM NEWS AND RUN OF PLAY

Nottingham Forest continue up and down season with a poor loss away at lowly Ipswich. In an evenly matched game you would never have known there was such a gap between the two sides. Forest had started to climb the table before the Ipswich game so the loss will be harder for them to bare. Going four matches unbeaten and starting to show their class too. For this game Simon Cox sits out with injury but Dexter Blackstock is an able replacement. Greg Halford and midfielder Jermaine Jenas look to finally return after niggly injuries.
Hull more than matched a lacklustre Crystal Palace in midweek in a game that never matched up to its billing. A 0-0 draw was a fair result in a damp squib of a match. The games are coming thick and fast for most teams now and squad depth is important. Hull have a decent 15 but with any injuries they don't have the back up. Taking their run to 6 wins in 10 they are one of the better sides in the division but seem to lack a certain spark.They rarely destroy teams and when winning tend to be by the odd goal. Steve Bruce names Jack Hobbs and Tom Crainey to the squad from the midweek.
