TEAM NEWS AND RUN OF PLAY

Peterborough are back in serious trouble, after their own mini revival they are back in a major slump. Losing five of the last six games and no wins in that time has left them adrift at the bottom. The level of the teams has been mixed in that time with a few relegation rivals involved too. Tommy Rowe returns after a month out, Key man Michael Bostwick sits out due to a suspension and will be really missed. Saihdo Berahino is unlikely to be fit in time and Peterborough are really struggling now.

Blackpool’s stuttering season continued as they could only muster a draw against a poor Birmingham side who are in a bit of bother themselves.. Blackpool struggled for most of the game to find their rhythm and and were thankful for Thomas Ince again. New coach Micheal Appleton is having the same problem Ian Holloway had. He has a massive squad of players and is struggling to find a balanced side from it. The quality is there he just doesn’t have a strong, even side. With an unbeaten run of five matches slightly skewered by the fact they have drawn the last four. A few injury worries have hit The Tangerines with Gary Taylor-Fletcher, Matt Phillips and Ian Evatt all injured.
