Reading host Preston at The Madjeski Stadium for new manager Jaap Stams debut. Reading have a few injury problems on opening day with Dominic Samuel, Stephen Quinn and Joseph Mendes all out for sure.  They do have Yann Kermorgant and Gareth McCleary available though.  Preston had an excellent season last year and will be looking to build on that 11^th place finish.  All their new signings are fit and raring to go. They are missing a few players though with defender Calum Woods and forward Stevie May both injured.

Preston were very tight last season while Reading where a bit disjointed at times. However I feel on opening day with possibly 10 changes or more to both usual match day  teams were could see more of an open game. The goals line is under or over 2 goals which is low for England Championship. I think there will be goals here and the Both Score Yes at 11-10 or 2.10 with 10bet is a good bet.
