READING - WATFORD: PREDICTIONS

Huge game in England Championship, the pick of the round. Two of the best sides in the league meet at Madjeski Stadium is Reading v Watford.

Reading have made a solid start to life in The Championship with a win and a draw. A solid 2-1 home win over Ipswich was followed up by a welcome point at Bolton.  Coach Neil Adkins has a welcome problem with all four strikers vying for a place up front. Neil Blackman, Adam La Fondre, Pavel Pobgrebnyak and Hal Robson-Kanu have all shown their worth in the 2 league games and in the cup match also.  Reading sit as current 3^rd favourites and they should be in the mix at the end of the season.

Watford make it three wins from three (2 league and 1 cup) with 10 goals scored and only 2 conceded. 1^st match up saw Watford dominate Birmingham away but just do enough to take a 1-0. Last league game was a different matter as new boys Bournemouth were destroyed 6-1. Even with a man less for the entire 2^nd half it made no difference as Watford still managed four goals. Davide Faraouni will miss this game suspended. Striker Troy Deeney carrying on where he left off last season with 4 goals already and heading the goalscorer charts.
