Wednesday are in 17^th but are 9 points above the drop zone.  Their overall record reads 7 wins, 12 draws and 10 losses. At Hillsborough they have been ok with 5 wins, 3 draws and 6 defeats. The Owls had been on a cracking unbeaten run of 11 games (6 wins and 5 draws) until they came unstuck with a 3-0 home loss to Wigan. In that period Owls posted some fantastic results including a 6-0 win over Leeds and a 2-0 win at Reading. Missing here for them will be Jermaine Johnson. However new loan signings Leon Best, Gary Gardner and Sam Hutchinson are available, while Glen Loovens and Giles Coke are available after injury and suspension. Derby are flying high at the top end of the table, sitting in 4^th with 16 wins, 7 draws and 7 losses. Away form is good with 8 wins, 4 draws and 3 defeats which only table toppers Leicester can better. Recently Derby have been unbeaten in 5 with 3 wins and 2 draws. No new injury problems for Derby.

An open game for me this one as both sides are capable of notching goals. Derby will attack as they seem more comfortable on the road these days. Sheffield Wednesday are in great form themselves and have racked up some big wins recently. They are capable of letting in a few as seen by the 3-0 home capitulation to Wigan last time out. A Wigan side who are inferior to Derby at the moment. Last ten games has seen 26 goals for an average of 2.6 goals per game. - Last seven head to head games has seen 18 goals for an average of  2.57; with over 2,5 paying out on 5 of the 7 occasion.
