WIGAN v LEICESTER: 1x2 BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

Wigan’s charge up the table has gone off the rails slightly over the last 10 days. They are in 5^th with 63 points and with this game in hand if they win can go 8 points above Nottm Forest who are outside the playoff zone. Home form for Wigan reads 10 wins, 6 draws and 2 losses. Recent form has dipped a little with 3 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss.  A semi-final with Arsenal in the FA Cup in few weeks time could be an unwelcome distraction. Missing here for Wigan will be attackers Martyn Waghorn and Jose Bueasajour, with longtermers Ben Watson and Chris McGann out too. Finally back after long injuries are Shaun Maloney and Gary Caldwell. Leicester are just 6 points off automatic promotion back into the Premier League. They have been head and shoulders above everyone else all season. Away from is good with 12 wins, 3 draws and 4 losses (best in division) Recent form is also the best in the league with an unbeaten run of 14 games with 10 wins and 4 draws. Out for The Foxes here will be striker Jamie Vardy. Back for them after a while out will be Tom Hopper and Sean St Ledger.

Huge game for both sides this but for me Leciester will take the win. The best side in the league will go here looking to grab three points that will take them to the brink of the top flight. With the depth in squad to be able to replace Vardy with the equally talented Chris Wood shows they are a quality outfit. The odds are good here on Leicester at 2.50 and I am taking the win.
