Wolves host Cardiff in one of the games of the day in England Championship. Wolverhampton have started well with 1-0 wins over Fulham and Norwich, both sides who like Cardiff dropped from the Prem. However these wins were sandwiched by a poor loss to relegation favourites Rotherham. No one missing for Wolves either here. Cardiff have yet to see defeat this season with 2 wins and 1 draw in the league and also a capital one cup win over Coventry. Cardiff for me have one of the strongest squads in the league and have such great attacking options with Kenwyne Jones a premiership class striker. Players such as Peter Whittingham, Nicky Maynard and Adam Le Fondre will cause all defences in this league problems. Two more Premiership players to be made available are Kagisho Dikgacoi and Federico Macheda, both top level players.

Wolves have done well so far but their game is built around defence. They don’t get many chances per game and although they have won twice already so far they cannot hope to progress trying to nick goals. Cardiff look very dangerous indeed and with players returning week on week they have the best squad in the division and pretty soon will have the best starting eleven also. I take Cardiff with a small start at handsome odds.
