England Championship opened on Friday and already we have had a barnstorming opening round. It’s the last two sides to meet here as last years League 1 winners meet up with Premiership relegation men Norwich. Wolves have drafted in a few of quality with Rajiv van La Parra joining from Heerenveen. Bakary Sako , Leon Clarke and Jack Price should all be available to boost Kenny Jacketts side. Norwich have invested too with strikers Lewis Grabban and Kyle Lafferty  brought in plus Gary O’Neil. The latter player is suspended though and misses out – also out will be quality striker Gary Hooper (a player I expect to be amongst the top scorers) A few more to miss out too in Leroy Fer and Jonny Howson.

Both teams look to be offering a bit of value in the top half of the table. Many teams that do well in League 1 tend to bridge the gap of the promotion well and the likes of Southampton and Norwich themselves have made back to  back promotions before. Norwich look to have lost a few key players to injury and also a few have left with Van Wolfswinkel gone too. I take the home side infront of a vociferous Molyneux to take the 3 points. Corals are standout at 2.40 or 7/5 on the home side who can be backed as short as 6/5 or 2.20 here.
