HULL v BRIGHTON : 1x2 BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

Hull are in 11^th in Premier League and coach Steve Bruce has already shown a little disrespect for the tournament as he as played a ‘weakened team’ on several occasions. Hull have had a really easy run so far though so have won through without much fuss. They have a fairly strong squad so games against lesser sides with their 2^nd eleven have been a doddle. They are in the last 9 now so may as well go for it. This years competition has seen a lot of big sides already fall so the chance of silverware is there. Yannick Sagbo and Sone Aluko will return to the side as 1^st choice front pair Jelavic and Long are cuptied. Paul McShane is out long term. Brighton have played well so far this season. Sitting just outside the playoffs in 8^h they have a similar record to last season. Strong defensively but unable to score many. Their goals for record is amongst the lowest in the division. Both sides only played on Saturday though and 1 days rest is ridiculous. How they are expected to play at a high level with little recovery is anyones guess.  

Both sides only played on Saturday and because of UEFA Champions League rules cannot play on Tuesday or Wednesday. Squad strength comes into play here and Hull have more options and more quality. I said they would give it a go in the 1^st leg as they have a real chance of a semifinal appearance now and a trip to Wembley for the fans.
