An unusual situation here in that we have a replayed game. MK Dons were beaten 1-0 by Chesterfield in this tie but the game was ordered to go again after Chesterfield fielded an ineligible player. The tie ended 1-0 to Chesterfield but we go against that here. With a 3^rd round tie against Scunthorpe awaiting the winner either side know they could go into  the 4^th round easily. MK are one of the best sides in League 1. They are in 4^th position with 44 points but have a game in hand on all the sides above them. They were surpisingly thumped 3-0 at home last match by midtable Walsall. They have scored the most goals in the division and have the 2^nd best defensive record. The coach has already named his team for this one. As in the MK Dons way they rotate game to game but they do have a quality (for this level) squad. Chesterfield are in 8^th but are 12 points behind the home side having played a game more also. Away form for them shows 3 wins in 12 games with 5 draws and 4 losses. Form is good with 3 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss.

Even though a few factors go against MK Dons here I take them to avenge the original loss. Both sides have played three times in the last 10 days but MK have a huge squad and can rotate with little impact. Fresher and no doubt wounded by the poor showing last time. 4/5 or 1.80 is a good price.
