PORT VALE v SALISBURY: 1x2 BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

Port Vale have had a decent season so far and sit 9^th in League One, just two points off the playoff zone.  Form is good with four wins from the last five games with 11 goals scored and just 4 conceded.  Keeper Chris Neal is out after an injury last week, captain Doug Loft misses out while Dan Jones comes back into contention. Salisbury are in England Conference National (2 divisions below Port Vale) and are doing well themselves. In 8^th position and just three points outside the playoff zone.  Two wins and three losses for Salisbury who are having defensive troubles recently, 10 goals scored but 12 conceded. A step up in class against Port Vale could be problematic.

I am going to take a gamble here and go with a draw. Port Vale may be strong favourites and two leagues above Salisbury but with goals galore a high scoring draw looks on the cards. At this stage of the competition all teams give that little bit extra for the chance of facing a big team and reaping the financial rewards. Salisbury to have a go at Port Vale and a draw for both to go in the 3^rd round draw.
