STEVENAGE - EVERTON: 1x2 BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

Stevenage of League One are rock bottom of the division with just 6 league wins all season. Hardly a great preparation for the visit of high flying Everton. They have a home record of 3 wins, 2 draws and 7 losses. Recent form has seen just 2 wins in 9 games. Under the lights at Lamex Stadium and infront of TV camera a draw is the best they can hope for and a payday at Goodison. Everton are playing as well as they have for a long time. They have moved up a gear even from the latter years under David Moyes. The loss of Fellaini has hardly been felt as Gareth Barry has been an improvement. With some shrewd additions and a bit of tinkering Martinez has a team who can go a long way. They have an outside chance for fourth and can go far in this competition if Everton want to.  Martinez has a strong enough squad to rotate and not lose too much. Coleman is out injured, while missing too will be Gibson, Kone, Barkley and Delefeu. Pienaar is a big doubt and may be rested.

Good odds for Everton here, The Toffees away to any Championship would be way short of 1.50 (1-2) so to find them a massive 1.30 (3-10) agains bottom of League One Stevenage is a real gift. Perhaps bookmakers see a giantkilling here. Not me, this is a nailed on win for Everton. The quality of the squad is such these days that fringe men of the likes of Oviedo, McCarthy and Naismith are all decent players.
